ABOUT
You were never taught the human side of work. I teach it.
Hi, I'm Trina May. I teach the human skills that careers actually run on, the ones no one ever sat you down to explain.
MY STORY
It was never about being the smartest person in the room.
Across a career inside agency and corporate work, I watched the same thing happen again and again. Brilliant, hard-working people would stall, not because they couldn't do the work, but because no one had ever taught them the human part: how to speak up, how to build trust, how to handle the conversation everyone else avoided.
I learned those skills the slow way, through real rooms and real mistakes, and then spent years as a mentor helping others learn them, too. The more I knowledge I shared, the clearer it became that almost none of it is ever formally taught. We're expected to just know how to give or receive hard feedback, read a room, or recover from a misstep, and then quietly judged when we don't.
So I built Trust, Talk and Teamwork to close that gap, for the people doing the work, at every level. Because the moment someone is handed the unspoken rules, the capability they already have finally gets to shine.

Most people are far more capable than their workplace has let them be. The gap isn't always talent. It's the things no one ever explained.WHAT I BELIEVE
